Großes, gut ausgestattetes Appartement mit idealer Lage im Zentrum von St. Wolfgang
Positiv: Das Appartement hat eine tolle Lage mitten im Zentrum von St. Wolfgang. Vor der Haustüre ist der wunderschöne Christkindlmarkt von St. Wolfgang. Eine Bäckerei sowie ein Lebensmittelgeschäft sind wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Vom Gastgeber wurden wir vorab mit den erforderlichen Informationen bzgl. Türcode/Schlüssel und Zugang zum Appartement versorgt. Wir haben das Gepäck vor dem Hotel ausgeladen und am nächsten öffentlichen Parkplatz geparkt. Im Appartement ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Es besteht sogar die Möglichkeit Wäsche zu waschen und zu trocknen. Es waren neben der gängigen Küchenausstattung auch zusätzlich noch Kaffeekapsel, Eier... vorhanden und auch im Badezimmer waren Utensilien wie Wattepads vorrätig, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Für 6 Personen ist das Appartment ideal, da es 3 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad inkl. WC und ein separates WC gibt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail.
Negativ: Es gibt von unserer Seite nichts zu beanstanden und wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal in dieser Unterkunft :-) Nicht zu empfehlen wäre die Unterkunft nur für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung, da Küche/Ess- und Wohnzimmer im Obergeschoss nur über eine Stufe erreichbar sind.

Viel Platz auf zwei Etagen in der Altstadt von St. Wolfgang - Perfekt für 6 Personen.
Positiv: Die Lage in der Altstadt ist super. In wenigen Schritten erreicht man den Steg zum Baden und die Schiffanlegestelle St.Wolfgang. Die Unterkunft bietet viel Platz, besonders der riesige Küche-Wohnbereich eignet sich besonders gut für gemeinschaftliche Treffen.

Negativ: Jammern auf wirklich sehr hohem Niveau: es gab keine Kaffeelöffel. Sonst wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet

Positiv: We spent a very happy Christmas at the Pfamhaus apartment. It was an easy check-in experience, and any questions were answered very quickly. We appreciated the provisions left for us and the understanding shown towards an early checkin.The apartment was warm, comfortable, well equipped, and had a good view of the lake. You couldn't ask for a better location for St Wolfgang, the Christmas market, all the shops, restaurants, and church which we attended on Christmas Eve. We enjoyed magical experiences walking around St Wolfgang and up on the paths, at the markets, boat ride between villages, train ride up the mountain, both only 13min walk and spa experience at the wellness Alm 30min walk along the lake. It even snowed on Christmas Eve! Such a stunning, beautiful area with so much to experience and enjoy, which I guess does reflect in the price.
Negativ: The icing on the cake would have been some Christmas decorations 🎄

Perfect spot to stay
Positiv: It was in a quiet side street but in the centre of St Wolfgang. So it was quiet but all the great restaurants, cafes and Christmas Markets were at your doorstep.

Positiv: Lovely property in the centre of Lake Wolfgang. Nice rooms - the main bathroom tap was wobbly but still works, great water pressure in shower. Great views from living space but could do with a fan or two to use
Negativ: It is a great property nothing we didn’t like but more fans would have been appreciated

Positiv: Centrally located, well-equipped, very clean; friendly and approachable hosts. Really appreciated the attention to detail eg provisions on arrival, lots of useful hooks in the bathroom and bedrooms!
Negativ: There wasn’t anything we disliked but we’d suggest that top sheets are provided for the beds - the weather was too warm for duvets. Also, we had to reset the hot water many times- we think it needs looking at properly. These are just minor issues though.
