Der perfekte Familienurlaub

Positiv: Wir haben Weihnachten in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht und uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt. Es gab ausreichend Platz für alle, und die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet – es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut: Salzburg erreicht man in etwa 1,5 Stunden und Hallstatt in rund einer Stunde. Einen besonderen Wunsch hatten wir für Weihnachten – einen Tannenbaum. Wir hatten mit einem kleinen Baum gerechnet, doch zu unserer großen Freude erwartete uns vor der Tür ein riesiger Tannenbaum, der unseren Aufenthalt noch gemütlicher und festlicher gemacht hat. Ein großes Dankeschön an den Besitzer für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft und die schnelle, unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Negativ: Für uns war alles in Ordnung. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Wir würden gerne wieder buchen.

Es war ein schönes Wochenende (4 Tage)

Positiv: Es war sehr ruhig optimal mit Kinder( Nachbarn haben auch Kinder) Auch Hunde durften mit Es war alles da was man braucht(Holzkohle +Gas)

Negativ: Sat Karte für Fernseher war keine vorhanden

Positiv: Dieses Haus war alles sehr hochmodern. Jedes Zimmer hat einen Fernseher. Schöner Garten mit Grillmöglichkeiten und Feuerstelle.

Negativ: Einiges an Besteck war noch an manchen Stellen bissl sauber, aber war schnell gesäubert. Daher nix großartiges :)

Big house, great for bigger groups

Positiv: This property is excellent for bigger groups, and its well equipped. It has private parking and an outdoor space. Its about 20 min to Hauser Kaibling so its not too bad :) the owner is very nice and willing to help in all situations.

Negativ: We didnt find any spare toilet paper, hand soap, kitchen towels and also ran out of dishwasher tablets, so i recommend to be prepared. Also the pillows are very uncomfy.

Great place for bigger groups looking for a house close to slopes.

Positiv: The property is great for bigger groups of people. The house is very well equipped, and the owner is ready to help if you are missing something. It has a big garden where you Can barbecue. If you are traveling in the winter for skiing, its about 20-25 min to the slopes.

Positiv: The house was clean, well-maintained, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was peaceful, a nice space to relax. The hosts were responsive, very kind and made the booking process straightforward. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and the house met all expectations.

For the price it's absolutely wonderful housing, with only minor defects which I'll happily overlook

Positiv: The house was absolutely wonderful. Throughout our whole stay we couldn't believe how have we managed to find such a beautiful housing for such a low price. The owner was super nice and helpful whenever we needed. It is placed in a beautiful calm village with basic needs like a bakery and a supermarket near by. Even though the advertised capacity is 8 people, there was 9 of us, with one person sleeping on the couch, which we were a little worried about, but in the end the couch was big enough for maybe even a tenth person.

Negativ: We used it for skiing in the Schladming ski resort, which was about a 20 minute car ride, so not really close, but it wasn't nearly as annoying as we expected. The basement area felt kind of unfinished, but we haven't even used it, because we've had more space than we needed even without it, but once it gets 100% finished I'm sure the experience will get even better.

Lovely stay

Positiv: Amazing place for a stay with friends. We had great time! Place is equipped with everything you may need: kitchen appliances, grill, dishwasher and coffee machine. Clean and tidy. We were 8 people there and everyone had there own space. Wine cellar was great. Amazing place and very nice owner!

This was my best experience with booking.com so far.

Positiv: Overall, our stay in this house was fantastic. The location was great, offering a great view that added to the overall experience. We were also pleasantly surprised by the nice welcoming gift we received upon arrival. One of the highlights of the house was the barbecue place, which allowed us to enjoy delicious meals outdoors. The beds were comfortable and there were multiple TVs available for entertainment. This was especially appreciated by our group of 9 persons. The presence of outdoor toys for kids was a bonus, as it kept them entertained throughout our stay. Additionally, the availability of delicious coffee made our mornings even better. The multiple toilets on each floor were convenient for a large group like ours, ensuring that there were no long waits. The wide range of drinks available in the bar added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. Close to Spar shop with 10 mins distance by walk.

Negativ: One minor comment: no extra bedsheets.
