Positiv: Everything was as it should be. Excellent communication with the hosts, quick response to complaints, clean, spacious house with everything a family home should have, maybe even more :) It takes 10-15 minutes by car to get to the first ski gondola. Very satisfied!

Value for money location with 20 minutes drive to main slopes around Schladming

Positiv: Spatious, value for money location not far from Schladming ski center. Perfect if you have car and may drive everyday to key ski lifts (nearest connected to all regional mountains is Hauser Kaibling). 2-floor house with 3 separated bedrooms (one with own shower/toilet), additional living room, very well-equipped kitchen with all kitchenware you may need. Some sentimental games (Master Mind), accessories and traditional decor inside. Plenty of towels. Room to keep skis, washing maschine, sauna and foodball in the basement. Good, efficient heating. Backyard and terrasse available but not very handy in the wintertime.

Negativ: The house is situated about 1.5 km from Grobming center, so there is some longer walk or short drive needed to nearest pizzeria or stores. Also during our stay (Jan 2024), skibus was starting its route in the center of Grobming, without any link from the house, so it's rather not possible to walk there in ski shoes unless you want to have a proper warmup ;) Therefore it's a good option mostly for people with car and willing to drive car every day. If you don't have enough room at your car for all skis (that was our case) the cheapest place to keep your skis in locker close to slopes is at low station of Planai West (1 euro per night only per locker that may keep 3 or more sets).

Positiv: Všetko bolo super, vždy sa sem radi každý rok vraciame. Zvážime aj budúci rok.

Negativ: Ubytovanie, prostredie, ubytovatelia super, ale budúci rok zvažujeme nakoľko ubytovanie je zhruba o 30% drahšie čo sa nám zdá veľký nárast ceny.

Positiv: Všetko bolo super, milý domáci, ubytovanie na úrovni, krásna lokalita. Určite sa sem vrátime.
