Positiv: Wir verbrachten zu Dritt 1 Nacht im Dormio Gasthof Höllwirt und hatten ein ganzes Appartement zur Verfügung.

Negativ: Der Schlüssel musste im Dormio Resort abgeholt werden.

Optimal für Hallstadt Besuch

Positiv: Schönes Zimmer ruhig gelegen und nicht weit vom See. Nahe Hallstadt.

Negativ: Lurch am Fußboden, 1 Kaffeemaschine für so viele Frühstücksgäste ist zu wenig

Positiv: The location was great, the staff was helpful. Even though my booking did not have breakfast included, the staff told us we can have breakfast for free which was even more unexpected and great. Definitely i would recommend.

Short but pleasant stay in a convenient location

Positiv: Quiet and not far from the lake. Breakfast was excellent

Negativ: Communication beforehand about check in wasn’t very clear - we had to check in at the resort rather than the hotel

Unbelievable location with much to offer

Positiv: The location is utterly stunning and the staff were genuinely attentive and accommodating

Negativ: We were allocated a room on the second floor of Dormio Gasthof, which apparently was booked through Booking.com. We had no idea. No lift. I’m 70 my wife 61 with medical issues. It was too problematic to haul our luggage up 4 flights of stairs. Plus the accommodation was located the other end of Obertraun a long way from the resort. On telling the staff of our issues we were relocated to a ground floor studio on site at no extra charge. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful.

A quiet, close to nature place to stay

Positiv: The gasthof was cosy, had a nice view of the mountains. The room is larger than most gasthof we stayed in. The reception was kind and very helpful. They even gave us free breakfast, which we deeply appreciate. Their breakfast spread was da bomb, the croissants is a must try! The bathroom was clean, bed was comfy. The reception is just next to the boat station, so it was convenient for us to take the first boat to Hallstatt old town.

Negativ: the building photos of the house is actually their reception and dining hall. the actual place is 3 minutes away by car. we were lucky we had a car and drove, else, it would have been quite a walk to the place with all the luggage.

Positiv: Check-in and room are in two completely different places, about a 10-minute by walk. The room is a suite with a washroom and bathroom. It is large and very clean. Breakfast is perfect, everything is fresh. Hotel is situated in a silent, peaceful place. The workers in reception are very kind and helpful.

Negativ: It was not nice difference between accommodation and reception.

Positiv: 1. Clean 2. Super friendly staff, they stayed late to ensure that I was able to check in 3. Good Views 4. Lots of facilities including pool, gym

Negativ: Reception and all facilities including breakfast restaurant is nearly 1.5 km away, so you need to always travel for them.

Positiv: The property resort is really nice as you can take a swim in hallstater lake and alot of thing to do.

Negativ: The distance of hotel from the resort as the guests are with the luggage. Suggesting you to provide some commute atleast for the luggages
