Positiv: Eine funktionelle, geschmackvolle, moderne und sehr neue Einrichtung der Wohnung und des Hauses sticht hervor. Die Möglichkeiten Sport im Haus zu treiben sind sehr nett (Tischtennis, Darts, Fitnessraum). Auch eine Sauna und ein Infrarotraum standen sauber und gepflegt zur Verfügung. Ein perfekter Skiraum mit sehr gutem Zugang und der Skibus vor der Haustür sind sehr angenehme Umstände. Die unaufdringliche, nette und hilfsbereite und großzügige Art des Gastgebers machten den Aufenthalt so menschlich angnehm.
Negativ: Da gab es nichts!

Perfekt gelegen für tägliche Skifahrt - super Host!
Positiv: Sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich sehr freundlich um uns gekümmert hat. Schön, was man im Keller alles nutzen kann: Tischtennis, Sauna, IR-Kabine. Die Bushaltestelle ist 20m vom Haus entfernt - perfekt.
Negativ: Nebenan wird gerade heftig gebaut, das war für die Urlauber am Balkon schon eine Lärmbelästigung und auch das Auto war nach der Woche sehr dreckig - aber wirklich schlimm war das auch nicht.

Positiv: Tolle Lage. Direkt neben Skibushaltestelle. Markus ist ein sehr netter Vermieter. Sauna und Infrarotkabine im Top Zustand. Man hat den Wellnessbereich zur alleinigen Nutzung , da man sich nur mit einer weiteren Wohnung diesen Bereich teilt. Man braucht nur die gewünschte Zeit reservieren. Toll. Auch der Brötchenservice ist prima. Balkon hat nachmittags Sonne, fürs entspannte Bierchen nach dem Skilaufen. Preis- Leistung sehr gut.

Positiv: Die Wohnung ist klein, aber sehr süß. Die Küche bietet alle Utensilien, die man braucht - selbst ein Toaster, eine Mikrowelle und vernünftige Messer waren vorhanden. Im Keller befindet sich ein Raum für die Skier und wenn man mag, kann man dort Tischtennis spielen, Krafttraining machen oder die Sauna nutzen. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung! Und der sehr kurze Weg zum Skibus ist perfekt!

Despite these minor shortcomings, our children were happy and we really enjoyed our stay.
Positiv: We had a very pleasant stay. The keys were conveniently stored in a safety deposit box. The apartment has a nice bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, a terrace, parking in front of the entrance, and even a baby cot, which we really appreciated.
Negativ: On the downside, there was no dish soap available (only dishwasher tablets), the terrace wasn’t cleaned (dust from the construction site opposite), and the garden felt unused – just a few elements for children would make it more inviting. Storage space was also a bit limited for a family of four, and the bedroom was poorly soundproofed, so the apartment is more suitable just for sleeping.

Comfy, good value, great for a skiing holiday, would recommend to friends.
Positiv: It was exactly as it was in the pictures, really pretty and clean and cozy. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. It was nice and warm (we were there for our skiing holiday). The beds were firm and comfortable, the wi-fi cooperated. I really liked the sauna as well and there is a common room with table tennis and foosball and comfy couches for lounging. We had friends staying nearby and when they came for a visit, we could send the teenagers there to hangout. There was also a spacious ski rack and room for ski shoes. The location was also really good for us as we had pretty much max 10 minutes to all the lifts and only about 2 minutes to the one we liked best. Markus was available and responsive for anything I needed during our stay, he was also really helpful in the weeks before our arrival for any local information I was searching for.
Negativ: There were only two minor things. We had to get used to sloped ceilings above the bed and we hit our heads a few times. And the ski boot rack wasn’t heated, but we solved that by simply bringing the ski boots into the bathroom and due to heated floors they were dry by the morning. We only needed this once as we had rented a depo locker at the lifts station.

Family perfect ski vacation
Positiv: Clean, new, and modern room with a good location near 8rote gondola, which connects you with other ski resorts. Very nice sauna and spa area which we used. Ski bus stop just in front of the house. Free parking in front of the house. On our check-in, we received Wagrain guest card, which allowed us a free daly spa in the Wagran Water World, which is amazing. Mark was an excellent host, and he responded to every message and request. We highly recommend this place!

Family holiday
Positiv: The apartment was perfectly clean, big enough and fully equiped. Communication with Markus was fast and smooth, Markus is very kind person. I stayed in the flat for 5 nights together with my husband and 3 children and I need to say that it was perfect choice.
