Appartement Pölzl Öblarn Region Schladming Dachstein

Positiv: Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war sehr sauber. Es gibt einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. In der Ferienwohnung war alles da was man braucht. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett. Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung spontan gebucht. Wir waren eine Stunde später da und alles war fertig und vorbereitet. In der Nähe der Ferienwohnung gibt es einen Bahnhof,Gaststätte und eine Spar Supermarkt.

Sauberes Haus

Positiv: Das Haus ist in sehr gutem Zustand und sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung ist gut.

Negativ: Die Küche befindet sich im Untergeschoss, die Zimmer sind im Obergeschoss.

Optimal Variante für Super Ski fahren

Positiv: Alles war perfekt, vor allem Frau Karin war so nett, Appartment bietet alles was Sie brauchen👍

Negativ: Alles in Ordnung

Super nice family holiday in Oblarn

Positiv: House is located in marvelous traditional Austrian village, on very pieceful and quiet place. It consist of 3 apartments - one private, other two could be joined together in case of bigger company, or be splitted which was also our case. We had private entry, kitchen and were competely separated, other family we saw only their car on parking lot. House is perfectly clean, truly each detail was nice, there was no dust, nothing broken or obsolete. We came for skiing which we did in Schladming, ca 20min drive by car. Karin as owner was very nice, familiar and helpful. I would recommend this accomodation for sure, it is very good value for money.

Negativ: Even though overall I was satifsfied, only two things I would point a) kitchen is on different floor, so you have to go up and down stairs few times b) there is no radiator to hang wet ski gloves etc., however both of those things are rather minor and not as deal breaker.

Great stay in Öblarn

Positiv: Great, spacious, very clean house with comfortable rooms and very nice garden area to sit outside with amaizing view to the mountains. Very big and well equipped kitchen. The host, Karin is very helpful, we got great tips for hiking. The village is beautiful, with great coffe place and shopping possibility.

Negativ: Everything was fine.

Overall perfect accommodation, which I recommend.

Positiv: Spacious house with big living room and kitchen ideal for bunch of friends. Kitchen is really very well equipped, you can cook whatever you want. Nice location, only 20 minutes to Schladming. Parking in front of the house.

Negativ: We were missing any spa, but for the price it's understandable. In whole house is floor heating. That might be plus, but with wet clothes after skiing it's hard to get them dry, some heated ladder would help.

Fajn ubytování s krátkým dojezdem na lyže.

Positiv: Ubytování příjemné, kuchyně vybavená myčkou nádobí, všemi přístroji. Pokoje s podlahovým topením, signál wifi v pořádku. Nádobí dostatek. Postele pohodlné, dostatek úložných prostor. Skvělá společenská místnost pro hry a posezení.

Negativ: Trošku nám chyběl elektrický žebřík na sušení ručníků a případně nějaká lyžárna. Museli jsme lyže a vybavení nechávat v lyžařském středisku, což je poměrně drahá varianta.

Positiv: Klidné místo Cca 20 min od lyžařského střediska Hauser Kaibling Skvěle vybavená kuchyň Skvělá paní majitelka

Negativ: Trochu v zimě chybí topení na kterém by se daly usušit věci, všude je pouze podlahové topení

Velmi pěkný a čistý apartmán, krásná vesnička,moc milá paní majitelka.

Positiv: Apartmán byl skvěle vybavený, opravdu čistý, vše perfektně uklizeno.

Positiv: Útulný, čistý pension s velkorysým zázemím a velmi sympatickou paní majitelkou.
