Lovely 3 Bedroom Apartment

Positiv: Große Wohnung mit 2 schönen Schlafzimmern. Großzügiges Wohnzimmer. Modern und trotzdem behaglich eingerichtete Wohnung. Im Bad gab es sowohl eine Dusche als auch eine Badewanne. Es gibt eine zusätzliche Toilette. Wir haben auch die Saune im Haus benutzt. Diese hat 2 Saunen und eine Infrarot Kabine. Schöne Lage direkt am Grünwaldkopf.

Negativ: Relativ kleiner Kühlschrank. Das dritte Schlafzimmer ist ein innenliegendes Zimmer, was bei Kindern sicher gut ankommt. Für eine erwachsene Person eher nicht zu empfehlen. Keine Aussicht aus der Wohnung, da die Fenster alle in die Zwischenetagen zeigen. Fenster lassen sich nur durch einen Vorhang \

Positiv: Beautiful spacious apartment , very clean ,had everything we needed and just across the road from the Intersport ski hire shop plus some main lifts . I booked ski passes on line , these were also easily obtained from the ticket machine across the road from this apartment. Also , ski room is right beside the apartment ,no need to take other footwear, we just walked in in sock soles

Negativ: Not a criticism but our last day someone moved all our boots , I ended up skiing in the wrong boots ! I think there could be an area assigned to each apartment to save confusion.

We all had an excellent stay over Christmas.

Positiv: Great location especially leaving the building on floor 11 to walk to the restaurant on top of the road. I also liked that the ski hire Intersport was opposite the building. We liked having 2 toilets and lots of storage in the built in wardrobes. The dining are was very nice. It’s a very spacious flat with comfortable beds.

Negativ: I would have liked black out curtains in the bedrooms, as the lights from outside stopped my daughter from sleeping. When she moved to the sofa bed in the lounge, she found it very comfortable.

The apartment is very well equipped with kitchen appliances and has a washing machine.

Positiv: Keys were left in a lock box and all information was sent via email by the owner. Instructions were very easy. Underground parking was also available. It was an easy walk to the Grünwaldkopfbahn.

Negativ: The apartment has three bedrooms and we had to call owner to get sheets for the third bedroom. They were delivered quickly the first thing the next morning. Key cards to the apartment stopped working on our last night. Not an issue as we were checking out the next day.

Great roomy flat close to lift

Positiv: Stort og rummeligt, godt køkken, gode og store senge, dejligt med to badeværelser og entre med plads til div, internetforbindelse god, tæt på lift, skirum lige ved siden af, parkering i bygning, elevator.

Negativ: No daylight in that part of the valley so the balcony was no use - besides it was covered in 1 meter of snow… The flat was a quite long walk from the center of the village, but we were not too impressed with the center anyways: didn’t have the austrian charm and atmosphere we like. Mostly very expensive indoor restaurants and ditto sport shops.
