Schöne FeWo, Lage aber nicht optimal

Positiv: Gute Ausstattung , nette Vermieter, funktionelle Einrichtung

Negativ: In Bezug auf die größeren Skigebiete sehr weit abgelegen

Sauber und funktional

Positiv: Freundlicher Empfang, schöne Aussicht, Tiefgaragenplatz vorhanden, kleine Einheit, doch sehr durchdacht gelöst, alles da was man braucht. Pool, Tischtennis und Tischfußball sorgen für Abwechslung.

Schöner Urlaub

Positiv: Die Unterkunft war ganz neu und sauber, das Mobiliar ansprechend und gepflegt. Die Küche und das Bad waren gut ausgestattet, Handtücher und Geschirrstücher in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Die Wohnung hat einen schönen Balkon mit einem schönen Blick über die Berge.

Negativ: Die Wohnung ist klein, es fehlt ein wenig an Stauraum und Schränke, zum Beispiel um Koffer unterzubringen. Es gibt zwar ausreichend Schlafmöglichkeiten für bis zu fünf Personen, aber für mehr als drei Personen ist die Wohnung zu klein. Zu der Wohnung gehört auch einen Tiefgaragenplatz, wovon wir zunächst erst am zweiten Tag vor Ort erfahren haben, was im Nachhinein eine positive Überraschung war, denn die Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort sind sonst schwierig . Aufladen von Elektroauto ist nicht möglich. Die Wohnung und der Poolbereich sind nicht beschriftet, wir mussten ein wenig suchen, bis wir uns im Gebäude zurecht fanden. Der Verwalter, der nicht immer vor Ort ist, war allerdings sehr nett und wenn er da war, hat er sich auch super gekümmert.

Positiv: The location was superb, quiet and with a gorgeous view.

Negativ: I didn't like that the water in the pool was cold and we couldn't enjoy it, we didn't have a closet, for 4 people the room and kitchen were a bit small, we were lucky that there were only two adults and two children and it was enough for us.

Nice, newish apartment located in a convenient distance from ski resorts Fanninberg/Großeck/Speierec

Positiv: Nice, newish apartment located in a convenient distance from ski resorts Fanninberg (10 minutes drive), Großeck / Speiereck (5 minutes drive) and Obertauern (20 minutes drive). We enjoyed the possibility of using the indoors swimming pool and also the nice, sunny terrace with a mountain view. The host was nice to deal with and he speaks English.

Negativ: The apartment is missing any wardrobe so most of our clothes had to be kept in our luggage throughout the stay. One gets used to it eventually but it's rather inconvenient. There are quite many apartments in the building but only a limited parking space. The house's parking lot got really crowded at some point with cars standing one behind another. We had an allocated spot in the garage, however if you have a slightly larger car (such as VW Passat), it can become quite a challenge to maneuver in and out on a daily basis.

Great and very satisfying for the price we paid.

Positiv: All was just great! The view from the room was amazing as the house is situated above the village. The place was very comfortable and it had all the equipments we needed. And the swimming pool made our stay!

Negativ: There was lots of confusion after booking as we keep on getting emails both Theon Villa for You and from Booking. And Booking kept on sending us the payment reminder long after we have payed and got confirmation from Villa…

Negativ: poloha nasej izby bola na urovni garaze a kedze jednym klucom sa otvarali vsetky dvere casto boli poootvorene tym padom bola zima na chodbe ktora viedla k bazenu. Zima bola preto aj v miestnosti so stolnym futbalom. V bazene s dlzkou cca 6 m bola dost chladna voda, co by bolo v pohode v lete alebo keby sa dalo plavat ale v takom malom bazene (velkosti vacsej jacuzzi) by som cakal teplejsiu vodu. Parkovacie miesta v garazi boli dost chaoticky vyuziovane a kedze nase auto s truhlou nevoslo do garaze musllie sme parkovat vonku. Co by nebol problem ale stalo sa aj to ze v garazi s 5 miestami bolo jedno auto a my sme nemali kde vonku stat a musel som nahanat sofera aby preparkoval a uvolnil nam miesto

Fantastyczny pobyt i narty w Obertauern

Positiv: Lokalizacja domu na zboczu góry, ponad doliną, ze wspaniałym widokiem na otaczające góry. Spektakularne wschody słońca. Duży taras na zewnątrz. Apartament bardzo przytulny, dobrze wyposażony, w sam raz dla naszej rodziny 2+2. Czuliśmy się bardzo komfortowo. Po nartach korzystaliśmy z basenu i ping-ponga. Osobna narciarnia i suszarnia sprzętu. Cisza, spokój.
