Appartementhaus Hochegg

Positiv: Wir waren beim Moto GP in Spielberg und dieses Apartment ist perfekt. Ruhige Lage, Zimmer/Wohnung sehr sauber, super überdachte Sitzgelegenheit vor dem Haus, Getränkeautomat vorhanden, wir waren rundum zufrieden, jederzeit wieder;

Positiv: Der Check-in ist völlig unkompliziert, da mit Schlüsselcode. Somit ist eine spätere Anreise nebensächlich und der kostenlose Parkplatz wartet vor der Haustür. Mit 5 Min. Autofahrt top Lage zum Skigebiet, ruhige Gegend. Gleich im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein beheizter Skiraum und der Wellnesraum. Unser App. mit 2 SZ lag im ersten Stock, welches über eine Treppe erreichbar ist. Im Eingangsbereich befindet sich eine kleine Garderobe, Bad und WC separat. Im Bad gibt es eine Ablagemöglichkeit, Fön, Seife, im WC ausreichend Toilettenpapier. In den beiden ruhigen SZ bequeme Betten und Kästen. Etwas eng, die Türen vom Kasten gehen nicht ganz auf, aber für uns kein Problem. Die Küche bietet alles was man braucht, von einem kleinen Backofen bis hin zu Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Mikro, Geschirrspüler, Tabs, Geschirrtücher, Schwämme, Flat-TV, Couch, Esstisch.... Auch das W-Lan Problem wurde innerhalb von 1 Tag mit einem eigenen Router behoben. Absolut NETTE und TOP Reaktion vom Vermieter!

Negativ: Einzig das Licht im Vorraum, welches über einen Bewegungssensor funktioniert bzw. nicht funktionierte. Hier wäre uns persönlich ein normaler on/off Schalter lieber.

Great value for the money

Positiv: Comfortable room, big enough to accommodate 8 people. Fully equipped kitchen including dish washer. Next to the Lachtal ski resort, just a few minutes by car. Good facilities - Ski/boots storage room, sauna,...

Negativ: The floor was a bit squeaky. I was sleeping on the sofa in central room so everyone going to the bathroom woke me up :-) Without car there is not much to do/walk around.

Better than advertised

Positiv: Host was very friendly and approachable. Apartment was clean and had all the facilities for a self catering holiday Apartment was easy to find and was very quiet

Positiv: Nice place, 5 minutes by car from Lachtal Ski. There was everything we needed. We had been in apartment with 2 bedroom, enough for 6 peaple. We forgot a card game in the apartmant and they sent us the game to home. Thank you very much for that.

It was perfect.

Positiv: The kindnes and flexibility of the landlord, also their fast responses on questions.

Negativ: N/A

Positiv: We loved everything about our apartment. It was cozy and cute, but we mainly loved the nature around, the lake nearby and beautiful fresh breeze in the morning. We are more than overwhelmed with our stay and hope to return next year. Hosts left all the instructions beforehand so it was easy to manage everything. We were worried about wifi signal but in the end all four of us used wifi and watched netflix without issues.

Recommend for ski lovers.

Positiv: Well equiped apartman, spacious. We could also take the dog with us.

Negativ: The beds are a bit soft to sleep. The automatic lightning in the hall disturbed us during the whole night.-any time the dog moved the light turned on.

Great apartment house if you are skiing in the area.

Positiv: Good location, just few minutes from the ski resort. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. They even have cosy wellness area with one Finnish sauna and two IR saunas.

Negativ: I like enough lights for evening gathering. And the living area could have few more light bulbs...

Positiv: Renovated, spacious, well equipped, nice apartment for a group of friends. Entrance was simple with the code we got in advance. We also enjoyed the sauna a lot! Only 5 minutes far from Lachtal ski resort which was very comfy and we also had the chance to go to Murau from here (40 mins) Our stay was lovely here 😊

Negativ: Some basic ingredients would be handy when travelling for few days (spices, oil..) There's only one toilette in the apartment for 8 people, although there was another one at the sauna
