Positiv: Modern und funktional eingerichtet. Toller Blick auf den See, sehr gute Lage. Überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber.

Negativ: Es war alles super, nur ein Sonnenschirm auf dem Balkon wäre noch toll.

A beautiful trip!

Positiv: The location is brilliant, situated right on the riverside with amazing views from the balcony. We woke for sunrise both mornings and it was stunning. It’s well situated with a short walk to local shops and attractions. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need, the bed very comfy. The staff were very helpful with good communication throughout. Hallstatt is a magical place and MAVIJOLU lakeside suits is the perfect accommodation!

Negativ: Nothing - our only issue is that we didn’t stay for longer!

Great stay but the boat operator spoiled our mood on the arrival day

Positiv: Perfect! We wish to spend more days in the property and explore the whole Hallstats.

Negativ: Nothing. If you have big luggages, need extra effort to go upstairs but it is acceptable as the property is part of the heritage building built without elevator. Complaint goes to the boat operator. On our arrival day, we need to pay 4euro for one way and in total 8euro for return ticket per pax. In total 24euro for three of us. I gave 10euro X2 (notes) + 4euro (coins), but the young boy insisted me to give extra 4euro which i had already paid 24euro at first. He might had a little confusion. We had a quarrel and the young lady (his comrade) shouted at us to get off the boat once arrived at the Hallstats. It is very rude! Like a scammer!

Overall nice and cozy.

Positiv: The place was very clean and the environment was beautiful, making our stay comfortable and relaxing.

Negativ: If could provide shutter for visitor by ship would be great, as 500 meters walking distance with luggage on stone walking side is not that pleasant.

Well equipped home for our two nights stay, wonderful view, no regret!

Positiv: View is awesome! I would recommend it. And Hallstatt is very beautiful. My visit is during winter, you get different view and feel every different hour. Host is nice, everything is good and well equipped. We did some cooking too. We enjoyed our stay. And Hallstatt is a small area, everywhere is just walk away. Nearby a Seecafe I would recommend for breakfast too.

Negativ: Nothing really.

Positiv: Excellent apartment. Clean, great location, nice and warm, great views.

Negativ: Would be nice for a TV for the rainy days

Positiv: In fact the hotel/apartment was incredible. Super recommended!!! The woman, owner, who received us was so kind. The view, decoration and facilities are 100% out of 10.

Beyond the Ferries

Positiv: Beautiful location to wake up to every morning. Probably something to note as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it naturally attracts plenty of visitors during the day. The upside, however, is that you’ll have those quieter hours before and after the ferries run—a worthwhile trade-off.

Negativ: Just the daytime crowds—it’s a UNESCO World Heritage Site after all. But the quiet hours before and after the ferries make up for it.

Positiv: Everything! The balcony was out favorite! We loved our stay and we will definitely come back!
