Amazon apartment
Positiv: Everything, once you manage to get in, is amazing! The apartment is the nicest apartment I have ever seen. I wanted to stay in there all day and take it home with me. If I could live in such an apartment for the rest of my life I would be happy. The host is also great. The apartment is welcoming, all basic necessities are in there which is great at arrival and everything was beyond expectation, even after reading the reviews. Thanks Stephan for this wonderful experience!
Negativ: Check in was a bit of a hassle. Some days before I got an email that I still had to put the security deposit which I indeed forgot. But then I did it and in the Keyone app (who manages all this) it said all was completed. Then on Saturday I started to receive messages that I had not paid the deposit. I responded that it was all done and I got a positive reply. We were denied an earlier check in at 15h instead of 16h so I wanted to make sure I would get the key at 16h sharp. Unfortunately I did not get it at 16h so I had to call and then they said I had to pay the deposit. This became quite annoying after a 10h drive. Then after talking to them I received an incorrect key code so I still could not get in and had to call again. At last I got the right code. But once we were not dependent on Keyone anymore the magic started and we had a great stay!!

Beautiful apartment and location
Positiv: The most beautiful unit - the design and furniture was so chic and comfortable! The facilities were amazing and it was hard to leave the unit because it was so lovely inside. Fantastic location as well, close to town and main transport.

Nice, clean and comfortable accommodation.
Positiv: The property is very clean and well furnished. It has everything we needed and our stay was very comfortable. The host gifted us with 3 bottles of wine. (Thank you so much)! We very much appreciated the sauna and under the roof parking and great mountain views. The accommodation is close to several ski areas , supermarkets and the Eben outlet is just 4 minutes away.
Negativ: The communication within booking.com was via Keyone(I assume this company that manages the after booking process for Nestzeit and is responsible to send the entry key code) was not smooth. They kept sending me emails to register all guests and pay caution fee when I had already done that! They answered the phone to guide us how to get to the property after we took a wrong turn, but once we got there, we still didn’t have the key code to enter the property, they stopped answering my calls. We had to write to them via booking.com and request the key code. And the next day after we were already accommodated, Keyone still sent me an exclamated email to register all guests- something I had already done a few days prior. Uugh. Other than this , everything else was great.

It's close to Flachau, and after skiing you can relax in comfort. We thank the owners for their care.
Positiv: The apartment is in excellent condition. Everything is new, with a very comfortable mattress and bed. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils and high-quality appliances. The private sauna on the terrace is superb. The bathroom and shower are well-equipped.

Positiv: Miałam przyjemność gościć w apartamencie Bergnest z sauną. Apartament jest przepiękny – wszystko w nim jest nowe, czyste, praktyczne i doskonale przemyślane. Został wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne akcesoria kuchenne, nawet w najmniejsze drobiazgi. Wszystko, czego potrzeba na tygodniowy pobyt, znajduje się na miejscu. Dodatkowym atutem były olejki do sauny, które uprzyjemniały relaks. Strefa wypoczynkowa z widokiem na góry tworzy wyjątkowy klimat i sprzyja prawdziwemu relaksowi. Do apartamentu przynależy również narciarnia oraz miejsce parkingowe, co jest dużym udogodnieniem. Zdecydowanie polecam ten obiekt!

První návštěvníci nového penzionu odjížděli nadšení.
Positiv: Měli jsme tu čest být úplně prvními hosty penzionu. Na fotomapách budova ještě není zobrazena. Pan majitel byl velmi vstřícný a žádal o zpětnou vazbu. Tu jsme poskytnout nedokázali, protože vše bylo perfektní. Od předání klíčů, vybavení fitcentra, moderní vybavení apartmánů do každého detailu a jako bonus sauna na balkóně. Zastávka skibusu do Monte Popolo 90 m od ubytování. V pohodlné posteli u velkého okna máte pocit, že spíte přímo pod hvězdami. Nádherné výhledy z oken a balkonu na célé údoli vesnice Eben a okolní hory.
