Positiv: Großzügige Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Super Ausblick von schöner Terasse. Ruhige Lage. Sehr nette Vermieterin.

Positiv: Das Appartement ist bestens ausgestattet und sauber. Mit der Schladming Card sind viele Attraktionen inkludiert. Die kulinarischen Tipps bzgl. Restaurants in der Umgebung am Informationszettel waren sehr hilfreich und wirklich empfehlenswert.

Hidden gem – a place to return to

Positiv: We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful apartment in Assach! The place is not only cozy and well-equipped, but also perfectly located for those who seek peace and authenticity far from mass tourism. The highlight for us was the charming outdoor seating area with stunning views of the Alps—absolutely breathtaking. The apartment layout is also very well thought out: the toilet and bathroom are separated from the living areas, and the bedrooms are not walk-through, ensuring privacy and comfort. On top of that, the lovely owner was incredibly kind and respectful, offering complete discretion throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in a rustic and serene Alpine setting!

Negativ: Just a friendly note for fellow travelers: payment is made in cash on-site, not charged automatically to your card. This is quite common in Austria, but it’s not very clear in the booking confirmation—so just keep that in mind to avoid any surprises!

A Real Gem

Positiv: A lovely unit that is very comfortable and quiet. As a fisherman, the location was perfect for me. The hostess, Bettina, is super responsive and fun to talk to; luckily she speaks good English as well.

Positiv: What a delightful welcome! The apartment exuded a sense of freshness and cleanliness, making me feel instantly at ease. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, encouraging me to inquire about any aspect of the apartment with ease. It's a perfect haven for skiers, boasting a cozy rib-style heater in the bathroom to dry clothes after a day on the slopes. Additionally, each room features its own heating controller, ensuring that the floor heating is just right for maximum comfort.

Negativ: As for the apartment, it was lovely overall, but I found myself wishing for a bit more artificial lighting to enhance the ambiance, especially for my artistic endeavors. Regarding the noise above us, it primarily stemmed from energetic children in the vicinity, rather than any fault of the apartment's host.

Positiv: The location is great - 5 minutes drive to the ski area. The appartment is spacious, clean and is equipped with everything you need. Parking in front of the building. Nice view.

Negativ: No heating in the appartment, except the bathroom. It was supposed to have floor heating but the floor was always cold, no matter how the temperature was set. Even after a discussion with the owner, nothing changed. That was the only negative aspect but it's an important one.

Positiv: Apartament bardzo wygodny, wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne do spędzenia tygodnia na nartach. Gospodyni bardzo Miła, serdecznie Nas przywitała. Gospodarze zapewniają wygodę i spokój swym Gościom, a My ze swojej strony starliśmy się żeby pozostawić po Sobie dobre wrażenie, i wyrobić dobrą opinię o turystach z Polski.

Positiv: veľkosť ubytovanie vhodné pre 3-4 člennú rodinu a výborný pomer cena/ubytovanie. výhodné ubytovanie na prízemí, pekné okolie pod lesom, s detským ihriskom, hračkami a parkovaním rovno pred dverami. Vo vnútri všetko potrebné vybavenie, výhodou chodba hlavne pri zimnej lyžovačke a kočíku.
