Ein phantastischer Urlaubsort mit tollem Vermieter

Positiv: Der Urlaub war sehr schön. Wir hatten wie gehofft ordentlich Schnee. Der Ausblick aus dieser Wohnung ist bei Schnee sensationell. Gemütlich ist die Wohnung auch. Es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Selbst die Grund Gewürze sind vorhanden. Betten sind mega bequem. Der Vermieter Gerhard ist außergewöhnlich nett und liebenswert. Alles in allem können wir die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Negativ: Gibt's nichts

Positiv: Wunderschöne Wohnung, sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet, mit unvergleichlich schönem Blick auf die Berge. Sehr netter Vermieter und insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Positiv: Alles super. Die Lage sehr ruhig. Gastgeben sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns gut erholt. Können wir nur empfehlen.

Positiv: Natur pur und sehr sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Wer die Ruhe mag ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Wir kommen wieder wenn wir in der Gegend sind.

Quiet, comfortable, idyllic location

Positiv: We liked it. Quiet apartment in an Idyllic setting. Sweeping views towards the Tennengebirge mountains. The spacious apartment has everything you need for a couple of days of fresh mountain air. Well equipped kitchen. Hiking trails leading in all directions. The owner is very friendly and responsive on any questions you might have.

Negativ: Personally I prefer a firmer mattress, but everyone has its own preference. For some it might be a bit too far from bars and restaurants. There is nothing within walking distance. You need to drive about 15 minutes to get to the action. But hey, just make sure you stock up on food and drinks and there is no need to leave this lovely plateau above Abtenau.

Positiv: Everything, I could live here! Beautiful secluded apartment right in a beautiful rural setting , with horses and kittens and so quiet. Lovely facilities and views stunning. Gerhard and Andrea were so welcoming and helpful. Good walks and cycles from door but also local guide in town good.

Negativ: Nothing , if you ever want to sell let me known 😁

Positiv: Very cosy, in a lovely location. We had a fantastic stay here, and would happily recommend to anyone wanting to feel a little Sound of Music-ish. Nice big balconies (2 of them), great view. Kitchen well stocked with equipment (although bring your own seasoning / spices). We used it as a base to explore the region, and it served well from that point of view. Lots of things within 20-30 minutes. We had originally intended to stay in Gosau, but felt that this location was a better outcome for us. Nice cats, our daughter liked seeing the horse. The cot provided was suitable. The owner was friendly and helpful.

Negativ: Only suggestion is to add a little balcony furniture.

Positiv: L'endroit, la vue, l'agencement genereux et spacieux des pièces, separées par un long couloir. La disponibilité des hôtes et l'accueil chaleureux.
